Description
The Women of Influence Luncheon Series provides opportunities and a venue for women leaders to network, share their best insights and business practices, and foster connections with others. Each quarterly luncheon will address a particular key issue and solutions to women's advancement.
We are pleased to welcome:
Jean Barrick, Associate Vice President – Global Operations
Jean has over 20 years of leadership experience, with over eighteen years specializing in contingent workforce solutions. Her expertise spans the development of streamlined solutions, writing strategic business plans, creating training and development programs, and delivering outsourced solutions for MSP, VMS, RPO, SOW, Freelancer, Payrolling, and workforce consulting services.
Currently, Jean leads the Global Operations team, working with teams in Europe, South America, and Asia. Her team focuses on incorporations, start-up operations, labor laws and compliance, sales support, implementations, program readiness and delivery, and development of strategic value-added services. She has in-depth knowledge of AgileŸ1 technology configurations, 3rd party technologies, invoicing practices, diverse supplier strategies, communications and change management strategies. Countries she works with include: UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, France, Austria, The Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, Hong Kong, Japan, India, US and Canada.
Prior to joining Agile•1, Jean was director of operations for a contingent workforce solutions provider, where she developed the company’s shared services group from the ground up while managing contingent labor client programs. Jean has also served as the functional management engagement director of a multimillion dollar outsourced staffing solution for a financial investment firm; recruiting manager and consulting services manager for an IT consulting firm; and the recruiting manager for an IT consulting startup.
Jean holds a Masters of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Interpersonal Communications, with a double emphasis in Management and Public Relations, from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She was awarded Leadership and Team Awards at Founder’s Club 2010, 2014 and 2016 and is a SIA Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) and Global facilitator.
