Job Description

TMMC Property Management is a small Castle Rock firm which manages covenant controlled communities. TMMC is looking for an Accounting Assistant with a high-energy, can-do attitude with a focus on our mission of "Hands On Management by People Who Care" while being results oriented.

Requirements: 

-2 plus years accounting experience with AP/AR
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite software, accounting software, and ability to 10 key
-HOA / Real Estate background a plus
-2 plus years customer service, with excellent written and telephone communication skills
-Efficient time management capabilities; ability to multi-task, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects daily 
-Self-directed
-Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
-Problem solving skills
-Ability to perform under pressure

The responsibilities and key deliverables for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Process accounts receivables and accounts payables for all associations
-Respond to Owners/ Board of directors with any accounting questions within 24 hours or as agreed
-Process homeowner statements, delinquency notices and collection attorney packets
-Manage vendor packets, records and files
-Process status letter requests
-Respond to all foreclosure or bankruptcy notices
-Provide superior customer service
-Work closely with the Accounting and Community Managers in order to ensure the smooth running and operation of each community
-Provide back up support for other accounting functions and special projects as required
-All voice mails must be returned within 24hrs; all emails must be returned within 48 hrs

Position is 30-40 hrs/week

$14.00-$16.00/hr
