Job Description

The Market Center Administrator (MCA) is responsible for the office’s accounting and financial record keeping, as well as overseeing the administrative systems and operations, including staff and facilities. Knowledge and experience with bookkeeping and accounting are required. Previous management/leadership experience is a plus.

Must have an aptitude for numbers and enjoy bookkeeping.  Accounting functions include AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closings. The MCA provides support to associates, vendors and staff. The level of support provided to associates is one of the main components of the market center's value, hence, a core priority of the MCA's role.

        Oversee the staff, systems, and operations of the office

        Human Resource duties and personnel record keeping

        Order and maintain supplies

        Equipment purchase and maintenance, and monitoring maintenance agreements

        Setting up and maintaining all passwords on computer systems

        Delegating tasks and responsible for phones being covered


        Accurate banking and accounting services

        Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end closing

        Reports to the region, KWRI, Team Leader, Operating Principal, and market center Investors

        Creating, implementing, and tracking the market center’s budget

        Maintaining office files, including accounting files, general ledger files, associate files, employee files.

        Generate monthly invoices and collect payment from associates

        Process all agent documentation to issue dispersement authorizations for closings.

Support the Market Center
        Support the Team Leader in the growth and profitability of the market center

        Assist in recruiting appointments when needed, new agent and employee orientation and training

        Promoting and demonstrating the culture of the WI4C2TS

        Plan training and social events as needed.
