We must have everyone in your party registered in order to have an accurate count.\n\n\n\nThis registration page is for the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital location.  Limited capacity.  We will enable a wait list\, so if you sign up and then are unable to come\, please let us know so we can remove you and add someone from the waiting list.\n\n\n\nEveryone in attendance will be required to wear a mask in accordance with the state mask mandate.

LOCATION:Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Briscoe Building 2356 Meadows Blvd Castle Rock\, CO 80109 **Parking will be in the hospital parking lot and the west side of the Alexander building. NO PARKING will be permitted in the Emergency lot or east parking lot of the Briscoe building.
