JOB SUMMARY: Performs all duties related to order entry and provides customer service for the magnetic solutions customers and sales team.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
Previous Order Entry experience is helpful
Previous customer service experience is helpful
Previous reception/telephone experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
High school diploma or GED. Some college and business experience preferred.
