Authentic Connections Counseling Center, a group private practice in Castle Rock, is looking for a Clinical Director to join our group practice leadership team. Authentic Connections Counseling Center’s (AC3) role of Clinical Director is responsible for the management and development of all clinical team members of AC3. The Clinical Director must also maintain a minimum clinical caseload of 18 clients per week. This is an hourly stipend position and will report to the CEO.
Compensation for Clinical Director role is a stipend paid out at each pay period on top of the therapist compensation which is percentage based on clients seen, income received, and paid out bi-monthly. Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to be involved in growing their referral base and recognition in the community. Authentic Connections provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive, spiritually minded group of clinicians.

Requirements are:
*Current State of Colorado license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC
*Willing to work 22-28 hours per week
*Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred
