As a part of our family law team, you will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The best candidate possesses proficient research and writing skills, has experience in family law, and shows the ability to work independently and collaboratively in our fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and Other Inclusion Criteria
 
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Admitted to the Colorado Bar with current Supreme Court License
  • Castle Rock/South Denver Metro area is candidates’ primary residence or candidate is willing to relocate.
  • 2 – 3 Years Family Law experience preferred.

Job Description
 
  • Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and/or Westlaw in support of ongoing cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and agreements.
  • Assist with negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, court hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Provide legal administrative support as needed.
