The Sales Team
- Works with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
- Recruits, selects, orients, and trains sales associates.
- Coaches, counsels, and maintains the team performance.
- Creates sales associates' work schedule.
- Delivers excellent customer service.
- Educates new merchants and assists existing merchants with all aspects of store operations.
- Approves new product lines.
- Maintains the physical facility.
- Manages the point-of-sale (POS) system and other technology.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Strong customer service mindset
- Friendly with a can-do, optimistic attitude
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Builds relationships with customers, merchants, and management
- Communicates effectively in a time-sensitive manner
- Ability to give and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven dependability and reliability
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong technology skills with POS and other systems
- Frequently moves boxes and product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequently ascends/descends a ladder to retrieve product

Salary Range $33,280-$54,080 depending on qualifications
