The Castle Rock Chamber is here to serve the needs of our business members representing Castle Rock and the Douglas County region.  The Chamber cultivates a thriving business community through engagement, collaboration, and advocacy.  This position is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with an organization that makes its mission our region’s success.
The Chamber seeks an ambitious, results-driven sales professional to join the Chamber’s Membership team. Successful Membership & Business Development team members are hungry and ambitious sales professionals who gain energy from developing and maintaining business relationships. The right candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Cold Calling: This position is 30% inside sales and 100% new business development
Prospecting: A successful candidate will generate their own leads every day
Qualifying Leads: Finding the decision maker and overcoming objections are essential to success
Develop strategies: Plans to achieve and surpass set quotas and goals
Interact: Attend Chamber events before, during, and after office hours with prospective members
Proven experience prospecting and generating leads
Proven ability to exceed sales goals
A problem solver with consultative selling experience
CRM database skills a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel
High level of attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Possess excellent interpersonal/written/oral/presentation skills
Minimum 3 years sales experience

Position Details:
We offer a flexible work schedule and base salary plus a generous commission structure that rewards representatives who meet and exceed their goals, with an annual average earning potential of $70,000.
