CCI Tech Responsibilities:
• Develop & maintain customer accounts in a specified territory
• Show samples of repairs, explain quality of repair & distribute marketing literature explaining service and/or products
• Inspect areas for work & receive approval for repairs
• Repair all approved work
• Investigate & solve upholstery problems
• Prepare invoices for all service orders
• Track & maintain van inventory
• All training provided – Includes 1 week certification in Mokena, IL
• Make $!
Qualified CCI Tech Qualities:
• Ability to work without day-to-day supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Persistent, hard working
• Strong people skills
• Strong oral communication skills
• Polite, respectful demeanor
• Self-starter
• Money motivated
• Hands-on problem-solving experience
• Capability to work in all weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must not be colorblind
