Have a shady competitor?

An unethical nemesis might over-promise results, be environmentally destructive, use untrained staff or may have illegal business practices. Instead of swinging at them head on, which is risky, try these tactics: 1) Offer a free report such as “5 Things to Look for When Hiring a _____.” Describe the unethical factors (without naming names) and why they are misleading or shoddy. 2) Obtain testimonials from previous customers of the competitor, describing their disappointment with the scoundrel and their delight with you. 3) Highlight your ethics front and center in your marketing and back that up with evidence.
