Join the International Women’s Forum of Colorado (IWFCO) for a virtual interactive conversation with experts who will suggest the practical pursuit of everyday wellness in times that are anything but “normal.” As we grapple with the threats of a global pandemic, a shifting economy and rising unemployment, racial and social injustice in society, and the anxiety and uncertainty that we, our teams and loved ones may be experiencing as a result, this webinar may serve to ground us. Cynthia Grant, PhD, MBA, LCSW, COO/CCO, AllHealth Network
Cynthia is the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Clinical Officer for AllHealth Network, a two-time Top Workplace healthcare provider of mental health and substance use services.  She leads the clinical operations for the community mental health center family with pride and joy and was recognized by the Denver Business Journal in 2019 as an award winning C-suite leader. She is a licensed clinical social worker with a background providing emergency crisis services as well as counseling for individuals, couples and families. Cynthia holds a PhD and Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, a MBA in Health Administration from University of Colorado- Denver, and is trained in Dare to Lead ™.

Patricia Westmoreland, MD, Director, GME Psychiatry Residency Program, HealthONE HCA Healthcare

Dr. Westmoreland is residency program director and attending psychiatrist at The Medical Center of Aurora. She also practices forensic psychiatry in Denver, CO. She attended medical school at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and received her MBBCh (MD) in 1995. She completed a brain imaging research fellowship, a residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry, and an Endocrinology Fellowship at the University of Iowa. In July 2012, she graduated from the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Program at the University of Colorado. Dr. Westmoreland is board certified in General Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine, and Forensic Psychiatry. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), Immediate Past President of the Colorado Psychiatric Society (CPS), Chair of the Colorado Physicians for Mental Health Political Action Committee, and a representative to the APA Assembly. She is also on the council of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL) and Chair of the AAPL Suicidology Committee. Her interests include women's mental health, ethical and legal challenges in managing patients with severe eating disorders, psychiatric evaluation and management of medically ill patients, and the intersection between psychiatry and the law.

Gaye Woods, MBA, System Director Community Benefit, SCL Health and IWFCO member
Ms. Woods is the System Executive Leader of Community Benefit at SCL Health, a $2.7 billion health system that includes hospitals, clinics, home health, mental health and safety-net services. In this role, she provides oversight and leadership of population health strategies to address community health improvement for vulnerable populations in all SCL Health markets - Montana, Kansas and Colorado. Her responsibilities include managing a portfolio of innovative programs and evidence-based initiatives to expand community partnerships, reduce health disparities, address social determinants of health and ensure compliance reporting for federal, state and local levels. An essential framework that informs her leadership approach centers on tenets of public health, social justice, health equity and integrity of purpose.

Cindy Meyer, MSSW, Chief Operating Officer, Behavioral Health, HCA Healthcare Continental Division
Cynthia Meyer is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the HealthONE Behavioral Health & Wellness Center at The Medical Center of Aurora's North Campus. 

As the COO, Cindy oversees the day-to-day operations of a 120-bed inpatient hospital (20 child/adolescent, 40 adult, 20 women's, 40 senior adult), as well as a 24/7 crisis/intake center, and a full continuum of wrap-around outpatient services which includes PHP, IOP, and OP counseling services throughout HealthONE. Under her leadership and guidance, Behavioral Health Services have significantly expanded within the HCA/HealthONE Continental Division to include the addition of child and adolescent inpatient/outpatient services, expanded outpatient programming for women, adults and senior adults, and the revitalization of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services. Additionally, Cindy has introduced behavioral health integrated services in all HealthONE entities, and she has established numerous partnerships with physicians, schools, businesses, and mental health community organizations. Most recently, she spearheaded the construction/expansion of an additional 40 beds for the Behavioral Health & Wellness Center, which opened in March of 2020.
