It Starts With You! is an interactive session on Leadership Competencies that will have leaders explore the three core energy levels, identify how they authentically show up most often, and outline how they can strategically cultivate the type of leadership energy that will set their organization up for future success. Harvest Salad: Baby spinach and arugula topped with sun dried cranberries, grape tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese and crispy onions with ranch dressing and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dessert: Chocolate Tort with Fresh Seasonal Berries, garnished with white chocolate and raspberry sauce.

Three Cheese Polenta Cakes: (Vegetarian and gluten free) - Parmesan, Romano-Pecorino and smoked Provolone cheeses served with homemade marinara sauce and Chef's vegetable medley.

Pan Seared Tilapia with Lemon-Caper Sauce: Firm and flakey white fish seasoned and pan seared topped with a lemon-caper sauce offered with garlic mashed potatoes.

Rio Grande Grilled Chicken: Seasoned and grilled breast of chicken topped with a corn and black bean salsa, served with jalapeno-cheddar cheese mashed potatoes.
