We as business owners get wrapped up in the daily operations of running our businesses that we forget to acknowledge and recognize who and why all of this is possible.  Sure, we all think of our customers and team at Christmas.  The time between Thanksgiving and Christmas is all about showing love and appreciation.  What about the other eleven months of the year.  Did you know that acknowledgement of your team and customers and team and unexpected times of the year will get your more appreciation and bang for your buck than at the traditional Holiday gifting season.  Who doesn’t like to receive an unexpected card or gift.
I know you are shaking your head and saying but all my costs are up, and you want me to now spend more money on my team and customers?  YES!  Yes, I do! 
We all know that a pay raise gets motivation and renewed job enthusiasm for 3 weeks.  The Christmas card you sent with your customer data base was generic and got lost in all the noise of the holidays. 

So, let’s surprise them and show them some love.

Post Card...  Telling them We love our customers, and we can’t do this without you.  We appreciate YOU! 
Bring this card in for a special discount.  (Restaurant free dessert week of valentine’s day with this card)
Have a small bouquet of flowers sent to your top 20% of your customers.  (The dividends this will pay YOU back will be astronomical)
Deliver choochkie’s/swag to your top 20% customers.
Deliver treats to your customers.

Valentine’s Day Card…  We LOVE having YOU on our Team.  You are ____________  to work with/hard worker/I appreciate your commitment, etc…
If expenses allow add a small gift card to Valentine’s Day Card
Candy Bar or Hersey Kisses on each person’s desk on Valentine’s morning.
Bring lunch in for staff.
Give an hour off work paid, Coupon, which states must be requested in advance.
Breakfast Burritos or Donuts for Staff when they come to work that morning.
Bring in a Chair Massage Person to the Office or Gift Card for Massage
New Company Branded Clothing
 
Showing LOVE to your team and customers will bring a new renewed excitement and enthusiasm for your business.
