2021 Business Assistance Programing

• Set up and completed four business consultations with startup businesses providing five hours of services.
• Have posted 19 job openings for nine local businesses.
• Assisted 13 small businesses find employees for 22 job openings they have had open for several months.
  • Worked with ADWorks and was able to fill 10 positions through the Connecting Colorado system.

• Business consultations
  • Have set up eight business consultations between business owners, potential new business owners, and the chamber’s volunteer business consultants.

• Assisted a veteran owned non-profit that teaches homeless veterans’ culinary skills and then places them in jobs within the Denver area.
  • Worked with Aurora chamber of commerce and Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Nine veterans have completed the 11-week course and now have jobs in the culinary industry.
