Non-Profit entry fee: $100 - MUST BE A 501(c)3 ORGANIZATION
Chamber Member for Profit Business entry fee: $200
Non-Member For Profit entry fee: $300
NOTE: Parade fee is PER ENTRY, not PER PERSON. Entry size is one vehicle with one trailer or walkers (100 people or less). If you need more space, you must purchase two entries.

Description
2025 Fair Parade:
Celebrate the Douglas County Fair Parade in downtown Castle Rock, presented by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Town of Castle Rock. Parade starts on the south end of Town, and flows down Wilcox St. to 4th St., to Perry St., and ends at 2nd St.
First come, first serve positions will open at 7:30 a.m. on July 26th; all entries must enter the closed westbound lanes of Plum Creek Parkway from the roundabout at Gilbert and Plum Creek Parkway and check-in for the event.
REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 14, 2025
NUMBER OF ENTRIES IS LIMITED.
ENTRY REGISTRATION IS PER GROUP, NOT PER PERSON.
