All Retail Vendors Must Provide a Product/Service that is Wine and Bourbon Tasting Related and/or that complements the event. If you are a service, you must provide something that will add to the ambience of the event (on-site massage as one example).

Presented by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Castle Rock Sip & Savor, an outdoor wine and bourbon tasting event, will offer more than a dozen wineries and distilleries, and a variety of food choices. This event draws wine and bourbon aficionados for its tastings, fabulous food vendors, and an amazing local band to dance into the night. The Chamber’s Sip & Savor event is where wine and bourbon lovers will have an opportunity to participate in a Grand Tasting at one convenient location Phillip S. Miller Amphitheater.
You are invited to complete this vendor application for Castle Rock’s Sip & Savor on Saturday June 28, 2025. The location will be Phillip S. Miller Amphitheater, 1375 Plum Creek Pkwy., Castle Rock, CO 80109, and the event is open from 5pm to 8pm.
The number of Retail Vendors (including Arts & Crafts) will be limited and chosen by the committee. Applications are currently being accepted and must be received by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce by June 6, 2025. You will receive an email confirmation of acceptance into the event upon approval, and no later than June 13, 2025. Applications may be accepted after June 6, at the discretion of the Committee, on a space available basis.
The Sip & Savor Committee will choose retail establishments and artisans that complement the event and encourages businesses that sell artistic or wine and bourbon related items to apply.
Vendor selection will be based on the ability to provide a well-balanced vending area, including their own tent, table, and chairs. If more than one vendor applies with the same type of product, preference will be given to Castle Rock Chamber members. Certain categories of products may be limited to only one vendor. The format is that of a Farmer’s Market with vendors displaying in an open space area.
