Chris D. Maes is a native Coloradan whose life and career have been defined by service and leadership. He proudly served 20 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major (E-9). After his military service, Chris continued leading in the private sector, retiring as a Regional Human Resources Director for Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. He currently serves as the Director of the Douglas County Veteran Service Office, where he is deeply committed to advocating for veterans and supporting their families with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
