2024 Tours for Teachers Application - Fall Program
The Castle Rock Chamber is excited to offer the Fall 2024 Tours for Teachers Program through our Talent Pipeline Douglas County Program. Tours for Teachers takes principals, administrators, teachers, counselors and other staff into the workforce allowing them to collaborate on the current and future workforce needs with local businesses. Find out what opportunities are available and how to better equip students with essential skills needed to enter the workforce.
Participants will receive 10 hours of continuing education credit. Participants may register for one tour, two tours, or all three tours.
Our Fall 2024 Program Dates Are:
Tour Date 1: Thursday, September 12th, 7:30am - 3:00pm - Skilled Trades, Technical Sciences
Tours included:

Topics that will be shared: Medical Assistant Program, Dental Information, US Army National Guard Medic, Physical Therapy, Occupational & Speech Therapy, Imaging, Lab, EMT/Fire/Police, Volunteering at AHCR
Tour Date 3: Thursday, November 7th, 7:30am - 3:00pm - Agriculture, Natural Resources & Energy

Please submit your application to the Castle Rock Chamber on or before October 8th ,2024.
To apply for participation in the Fall 2024 Tours for Teachers program please:
- Complete the Application
- Attach Supervisor Approval Letter
The Supervisor Approval Letter is required from your reporting supervisor and should include the following:
"I understand the Tours for Teachers program requires participants to commit to one (or more) full days for the program. These days are calendared school days and will require an approved absence on behalf of the participant. I am in support of this applicant's participation in the Tours for Teachers program."
