Job Description:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling inquiries and resolving concerns and issues efficiently and accurately. CSR also provides product and service information to potential clients and business partners. The ideal CSR is detail-oriented, empathetic, and adept at problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
**Customer Service**: Handle customer complaints & Inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
**Client Relationships**: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Be proactive rather than reactive.
**Product Knowledge**: Establish and maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
**Communication**: Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers as well as internal teams.
**Feedback**: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
