Welcome to Griddled! We are a brand-new startup eatery opening very soon, located in the popular Castle Rock Colorado Factory Outlets mall. Our mission is to serve our customers with freshly prepared Crêpes and Paninis filled with exquisite healthy high-quality ingredients. Our modern and calming atmosphere allows customers to enjoy a great time eating excellent food and leaving relaxed.
Compensation
$15.16 Hourly + Tips ($4 - $9/Hour)

Join us as one of the first Team Members in our grand opening! As a new Team Member, you will work directly with the owner as we engage customers and provide top level service. Our owner has 8+ years’ experience in successful customer facing eatery and cares about building and developing successful teams where work is both challenging and fun!

Detailed Food Prep Tasks
- Cut and slice food for cooking.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Take and record food temperature of food and food storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers.
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
- Prepare food according to customers' orders and supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and health codes.
- Use manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foods.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Store food in refrigerated storage cabinets.
Detailed Sanitary Tasks
- Clean and sanitize work surface areas, equipment, eating surfaces, and cooking utensils.
- Sweep and mop dining area, serving area, and kitchen floor.
- Dispose of food waste and disposable plates, cups, and plastic ware.
- Remove trash and clean garbage containers.
