EMDR Therapist

We Are Looking For:

We’re currently hiring a licensed therapist with established experience in EMDR therapy to join our team. Pay is $105 per client hour. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role with the opportunity to build a caseload toward full-time if desired or can remain part-time long-term. The therapist can work from either our Castle Rock or Parker location, with flexibility for remote sessions if client prefers. Given the part-time nature of this role, we’re comfortable with you holding a position at another practice.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed in Colorado as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

• Must have specific training and experience providing EMDR therapy

• Strong clinical skills in individual therapy; couples therapy experience is a plus

• Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting

• Skilled at maintaining thorough documentation and clinical records

• Master’s degree (or higher) in a mental health field
