South Denver Therapy is looking for a licensed therapist with a passion for working with children, teens, and adults to join our warm and collaborative team. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role with flexibility to grow your caseload toward full-time if desired—or remain part-time long-term. The therapist can see clients at our Castle Rock office with the option for virtual sessions if preferred by clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of child/teen cases and adult clients, is confident working independently, and wants the benefits of private practice without the headaches of managing it themselves.

Key Qualifications:

Licensed in Colorado as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

Experience working with children, teens, and adults

Strong clinical skills in individual therapy; family therapy experience is a plus

Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting

Skilled at maintaining thorough documentation and clinical records

Master’s degree (or higher) in a mental health field
