Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the paint department, including sales consultants and delivery drivers Drive sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts Meet or exceed sales goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement Manage scheduling, deliveries, inventory, and labor planning Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activity Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and brand growth Serve as a technical paint resource or coordinate manufacturer support Stay current on products, competitors, and industry trends Promote safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times Qualifications 10+ years in the paint & coatings industry Contractor and retail management experience required Proven sales leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of paint products, logistics, and inventory control Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and job-site safety requirements Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Comfortable with industry technology and software Why Moore Lumber & Hardware?
