About Us

Anchored Growth Consulting is a local operations consulting firm serving small, owner-led businesses in Castle Rock and the south Denver metro. We work with service, professional, trade, and product businesses, from early-stage owners building their first systems to established owners focused on growing profit and getting their time back. We look under the hood at how a business actually runs across eight areas: the offer, marketing, sales, customer service, tools and tech, hiring and people, managing money, and protection. From there, we identify what to fix first and work hands-on with owners to put systems and processes in place that hold. Services include a one-hour Quick Consult for early stage businesses, or a written Diagnostic, and a guided Systems Sprint for more mature business.
