Griddled is a locally owned and operated fast-casual restaurant featuring sweet and savory crepes, paninis pressed to order, salads, a full coffee and espresso bar, and refreshing energy drinks. Located in the Castle Rock Outlets, we serve delicious yet quick food to eat while you shop, or we have plenty of indoor seating if you’d like to stay a while. We pride ourselves in creating a welcoming environment for our community as well as shoppers and diners who are visiting from out of town.
