Sunday Salmon began nearly a decade ago as a family meal prepared every Sunday by our founder, Mary Grothe. For years, Mary invited friends and family into her home to share a simple yet delicious meal of wild-caught salmon and seasonal vegetables. In 2024, Mary received a vision to extend this tradition to the broader Castle Rock community, transforming her meal into Sunday Salmon: a community meal designed to nourish both body and soul.
