About Us

The Forge Agency builds custom AI tools and automations for small and mid-sized businesses in Castle Rock and across Douglas County.

Most businesses already pay for good software: email, a CRM, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, a scheduling tool. The hours get lost in the gaps between them: the quote typed from scratch, the same numbers entered in three places, the follow-up nobody remembers to send. We build the connections and the AI tools that do that work, then teach your team to use them.

Ways to work with us:

Your AI engineer: an AI engineer for your business, without the full-time hire. We learn how each team works, ship one improvement every month, and send the owner a one-page scorecard. It starts with a $750 two-week shadow sprint, then from $3,000 a month.
One office workflow, installed: one recurring job set up, documented and taught to your team. From $2,000, fixed price.
Workflow projects: a multi-step workflow across your tools, $3,500 to $7,500 for a written scope.
AI class: $79 per person. Private team workshop: $500.
Run by Andrew and Lisa Brough. Lisa handles sales, and Andrew does the client work and builds every system himself.
