About Us
Sunday Salmon is a delicious, NO-COST, organic, gluten and seed-oil-free community restaurant on Wolfensberger & Park Street in Castle Rock, CO.
The restaurant is community-style, with tables seating 10-12 guests. Our goal? To foster connections by seating neighbors from all walks of life together to share family-style wholesome organic meals, good conversation, and a sense of belonging. The restaurant will operate on Sundays for the first half of the year with the intention of opening for dinner service during the week—eventually!
No strings, no costs—just good food, great people, and open hearts.
