We are growing a special place and community that has the power to enrich, heal, transform and reimagine the lives of our youth and their families. The Aspen Effect is a Colorado non-profit organization that includes multiple programs, the premier program being Ranch Hand Leadership Academy held at Bell Mountain Ranch Equestrian Center.
