COVID-19 incidence rates continue to decline in our area The two-week average test positivity rates for each of our counties continue to decline. As many of you may have heard, CDPHE has come out with a new COVID-19 Dial 2.0, which went into effect Saturday, February 6. With new metrics for the Dial 2.0 Douglas County officially moved to Level Yellow Saturday, February 6. However, 5 Star Businesses, will NOT be allowed to operate at a lower level (Level Blue) until 70% of 70 year-olds in the state are vaccinated with at least one dose, expected to happen by the end of the month.
