About Us

The Douglas County Early Childhood Council is dedicated to helping parents and child care providers learn about programs and services for young children, birth to age 5. A child’s early learning experiences help shape the ways they grow and thrive as they move through their youngest years, school-age and into adulthood. We offer resources and supports to help parents make the most of these early years so that their children adapt well and succeed in life.
